Wow we’ve made it to week 4… magnifique!

Remember all you have to do is:

1. If you feel like complaining, don’t say anything

2. When you feel like complaining, find something to be thankful for instead.

So how have the weeks been so far? Hope you’ve found ways to encourage yourself and not to complain.

One of the best ways to encourage yourself is to encourage others.

So this week…a simple challenge…

Encourage at least one person this week.
Tell at least one person something you like, admire or appreciate about them.
