If he did it before: I don’t know what it is about the human condition, but we are always so quick to forget all the amazing things that God has done for us.
I find myself meditating these days on all the good things that God has done for me, and realizing that there is nothing to difficult or too scary, or too much for God. If God ever healed me before he has provided for my healing again. If God ever provided for my needs before, he is more than willing to provide for my needs again. If God ever gave me a good thing before He is eager to give me many more good things today. So instead of focusing on how hard things may be right now, or how difficult a challenge may be, or whatever, the best thing for me to do is to focus on the fact that God loves me and so I can rest in the knowledge that he desires to do good things for me.
I pray that you can rest and have peace in that knowledge as well. Because If he did it before, He will certainly do it again. All you have to do is just believe
